A roomy bag and not too heavy for a full leather handbag—an important aspect for me. Gorgeous gold tone hardware. Neat stitching and overall good workmanship.
That said, the zipper for the main compartment does not open smoothly to the end as the leather part on the inside comes out a little too much thus obstructing the zipper. To unzip the main compartment completely, I would either need to apply force or push the zipper up from underneath. Can be rather annoying but not really an issue, unlike the ones below.
It’s my first leather handbag from a local brand which I was eager to support. I couldn’t wait for my package to arrive and was so excited to open it. Imagine my disappointment and sadness to see my bag arrived with obvious dents and creases as there was no stuffing inside the bag to ensure its shape is retained. As I do not have the luxury of time to stuff my bag and let it sit unused for it to reform, I have to be optimistic that the dents and creases would to be less obvious in time. Going forward, I hope stuffings would be considered while bags are in storage and on delivery to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
The long strap should be redesigned. I am around 160cm—average Malaysian height. I like my crossbody bags to sit on my hip or just above. This is after all the ideal crossbody position. The long strap is too long for me. At the shortest the bag is touching my thigh, and at the shortest there are too much excess strap which look unappealing. For better adjustability, I would have preferred a much shorter strap, with more holes to make the strap shorter or longer, and holes punched closer together to achieve the desired length.
Need to search for a place to have my long strap shortened now.
With this feedback, I hope improvements would be made as I would love to get another Moon in brown (like the colour of your ID Tag, maybe?).
